How do I place an order?

ost of our business is by mail order, but personal enquiries are also very welcome. Please follow the steps below to complete the ordering process:

1. Submit online quote form Click Here!
2. Approve artwork
3. Make payment then wait for shipping.
4. We will advise tracking NO. upon sending.

What's the minimum order?

We can print as few as 250 PVC cards.

What type of printing process is used?

All products are printed by Heidelberg printing machines in full color. The full color process is an industry standard whose results can be seen at any news or magazine stand. The end result is high quality printing which can make your images happen.

What kind of plastic cards do we do?

We do all major plastic card types.

What resolution does my artwork need to be for uploading?

Your artwork should be created at 300 ppi (pixels per inch) or 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your artwork is at a lower resolution than this, the print quality will be affected. Please note, your photo or design must meet the required file size, image dimensions, resolution, and file format before uploading it to our Web site

What is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time can be seen on the left of the website. Normally turnaround time is 9-12 working days

Can you produce artwork for me?

Will I see an artwork proof before the cards are printed to ensure my instructions have been understood?

Yes. A digital proof will be e-mailed to you for approval. This must be confirmed by you that it is correct so that your order can be printed.

What if I don’t like the design or a mistake has been made on the proof?

No problem. We will alter the proof as many times as necessary, until you are completely satisfied. Only then will we proceed in printing your cards.

What if I have my own design in mind?

We are more than happy to accept your own design. Click here to upload.

Do you have an express service?

Yes. Our standard terms are 12 days from artwork approval and receipt of payment. However, we also offer an express service if your order is required within 7 days at a surcharge of $200.
